BoardOfInquiry.com collects personally identifiable information when you register for an account.
When you register an account, we ask for your logon ID full name, email address, location, birthdate, and any other information YOU choose to provide in your signature area. Your logon session as well as everytime you logon and post on the site has your IP address recorded and stored. Once you sign in to our web site, you are no longer anonymous to us. Some of this information may be available for viewing to other site viewers as well.
On occasion, it may be necessary for the administration of this site to send you a notice via email or private message. This will only be done when absolutely necessary, and in no cases will advertising beyond notices of advances, new features, or new offerings of my own design be allowed via this method. If you desire to not take part in these notices, you have an option to "opt out" of this feature within your User Control Panel. If you do not opt out, the assumption is made that you are specifically agreeing to receive such notices.

We do disclose the information you have voluntarily provided within the messages you post on the forums. This is considered an opt-in process. Some information is mandatory in order to participate in portions of this site, and as such, you specifically waive any assumption of privacy by your posting of messages in the forums. By posting a message it is considered that you agree to publicly disclose this information.
